Most current products ship from a China warehouse. Delivery typically takes about 7–15+ business days after processing (estimate). Tracking is emailed when available. Times can run longer during busy seasons or customs checks.
Is this dropshipping?
Yes. When you order, our supplier packs and ships directly to you. You never wait on us to visit a warehouse.
What if my pet ignores the toy?
Pets are picky. Try different textures and treat types, and supervise new toys. Contact us if something arrives damaged.
