FetchNest ships to Canada and the United States. Rates appear at checkout based on your address.
Estimated delivery times
These are estimates only—not guarantees. Actual times vary by warehouse location, carrier, customs (when applicable), and peak seasons.
- Current catalog (China warehouse fulfillment): typically about 7–15+ business days after your order is paid and processed. Some parcels take longer during peak periods or customs review.
- If a North American warehouse SKU is used in future: often about 3–10 business days (estimate).
Shipping rates at checkout
Checkout shows the active shipping profile for each product. Your cart may show free Standard shipping or paid rates depending on how the product is configured. Always trust the amount shown at checkout.
Tracking
When our fulfillment partner ships your order, tracking is synced to Shopify and emailed when available. Early tracking scans can sit idle for several days—that is normal for many overseas carriers.
Orders, delays, and damaged packages
If tracking stalls past the estimate window, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. We'll work with our supplier to help.
Duties and taxes
Canadian and US orders are charged tax at checkout when required by your location. Unexpected customs fees on cross-border parcels can apply in some cases—any such fees are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise.
